The SLA051J1 watch varies the textured pattern of the Naomi Uemura Limited Edition dial in an anthracite gray tone similar to that of the original model from 1970. The case is protected by a scratch-resistant coating and has a domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective inner surface, making the watch easy to read from any angle. This watch contains the 8L35 caliber, which was developed specifically for diving watches by the master watchmakers at the Shizukuishi watchmaking studio in northern Japan.
